PU Machine
Pioneer (Yongjia) builds two families of PU foaming machine. A high pressure PU foaming machine uses precise metering and self-cleaning mixing heads for refrigerators, cold storage panels and automotive parts, where output and repeatability matter most. A low pressure PU foaming machine is the lower-investment route for filters, gaskets, shoe soles and flexible foam parts. For solid PU parts such as wheels, rollers and screens, use a PU elastomer casting machine; for on-site insulation and waterproofing, a PU spray foam machine.
